Apple Fritters with cinnamon cream
150g Plain flour
Mix the flour and the sugar cinnamon then fold in the cider, whisk until it becomes a thick batter.
Now cut the apple into 10mm slices dip them into the batter.
Heat the oil in a pot on a medium heat then place the apples into the oil cook until golden remove the apple and place on a tea towel to drain then dust with icing sugar.
Whisk the cream and icing sugar until it peaks then dollop on top of the apples and serve.
